Our shipping costs and options are based on two factors; how much your order weighs, and where your order is being shipped. Orders with a weight greater than 1lb cannot be shipped 1st Class, they have to ship USPS Priority, UPS or DHL. International orders may ship with different carriers depending on the country or location you live in. You can see the available shipping options and their costs in the full cart and at checkout.

We offer a "No Hassle" Return Policy. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, then send it back up to 30 days after the date of your receipt for a full refund and 90 days for store credit. Returned Items must be in their original strung and unaltered condition. If You are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply go through our easy Returns Portal using the returns tab on the footer of the website.

Inspect merchandise as soon as possible to ensure reporting damages or shortages with in 3 days of delivery. Every effort will be made to provide a refund, replacement, or additional item immediately.
