How Can I Save My Cart?
In order to save items in your cart, you will need to be logged in to your account. If you do not have an account, simply create one and log in to save items for future purchase. Please note that items added to your cart or wishlist does not hold them or guarantee they will still be available when you do decide to make a purchase.

We do offer a special wholesale tier pricing structure.
Spend $50-$99 -- Receive 10% off
Spend $100-499 -- Receive 20% off

How to Set Up An Account:
If you have not set up an account yet, Provide your Resale Tax ID number (resale document) in the field when creating your account.
Send us a copy of your Resale Document to email@example.com.
Upon receipt of your resale document, your account will be set to wholesale.
Discounts will apply at checkout ONLY when logged into your account.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Why can I not apply coupons to my Wholesale order?
Wholesale discounts are automatically calculated, once the account is set as wholesale. There is no way to apply coupons to Wholesale accounts.
What Are Loyalty Rewards Points?
When you create an account with us you are automatically signed up for our Loyalty Rewards Program. For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 point. Redeem 20 points for $1.
To Manage your Points:
To see your total points, view them under Rewards tab on the bottom right of the home page.
To see a detailed breakdown of your points, look for " Rewards" button on the bottom right of the home page.
This will provide information on all of your earned points.
To Earn points, simply be logged in to your account when placing an order and the site will automatically award points based on your merchandise total.
To Redeem your points, Click on the "Rewards" button on the home page and follow the redemption process.
The coupon will be automatically applied to your cart.
Note: The rewards coupon cannot be combined with any additional coupons or wholesale pricing.

How to Earn Even More Points with "Refer a Friend":

Can I Use Multiple Discounts?
You only use one coupon code per order. If you are registered for wholesale, you can not apply a coupon along with using your wholesale discount.
How Do I Take Care of Metal Beads?
Most of our Metal Beads come with an "e-Coating" applied to avoid tarnishing and prevent plating rubbing off. Metals react with the environment through a natural process of oxidization that occurs when exposed to sulfides in the air. This process will affect most metal beads and plated beads in the same manner. Some prefer the antiqued or oxidized appearance that results from environmental reactions. Those who
prefer the natural unoxidized appearance can apply a coating of Urethane Spray ( we recommend Rustoleum Crystal Clear Enamel Spray ) to beads before their use in jewelry. To remove the oxidation or tarnish, we recommend a jewelry grade "Tarnish Removal Solution" on the metal beads only. If the beads are in a finished piece of jewelry then a
solution may ruin the finish of a gemstone, a coral, or a pearl. Store your metal beads with an "anti-Tarnish" pouch or anti-tarnish strip to diminish the oxidation.
How Do I Take Care of Opals, Pearls, or Coral?
Pearls and Opals thrive when worn because they absorb the natural oils and moisture from your skin! However, a rule of thumb is "Last On, First Off" when dressing to avoid chemicals or string damage. Store pearls and opals in a non-airtight soft fabric pouch to avoid drying out and exterior damage. Clean by gently rubbing each bead using a slightly damp, soft cloth to remove debris such as perfume, makeup, or perspiration. Be sure to completely dry the strand before storing to avoid thread deterioration. When cared and stored properly, pearls and opals will retain their beauty and luster providing you with heirloom quality organic beads.
What are Inclusions or Feathering in a Gemstone?
Gemstones are formed over a long period of time resulting in layers that are more visible in certain types of stones. This can cause gemstone beads to appear cracked or broken, when it is just the natural make up of the stone and does not impact the integrity of the stone.
What are the Bead Hole Sizes?
Our Beads offer a myriad of different hole sizing. Our Standard Gemstone and Pearl Beads will have a hole with an inside diameter ranging from 0.5mm to 0.8mm depending on the cut and size of the bead. Hand Cut or Native Cut Beads will have more variance in hole sizing since they are drilled by hand using a pointy drill. Our Micro Faceted gemstone collection are cut and drilled using a machine and typically have a drill hole closer to 0.8mm. Items drilled with a larger than average inside diameter hole will be labeled in the description with the hole size.
Returns & Exchanges
What is Your Return Policy?
We offer a "No Hassle" Return Policy. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, then send it back up to 30 days after the date of your receipt for a full refund and 90 days for store credit. Returned Items must be in their original strung and unaltered condition. If You are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply go through our easy Returns Portal using the returns tab on the footer of the website.
What if My Item(s) are Damaged or Short?
Inspect merchandise as soon as possible to ensure reporting damages or shortages with in 3 days of delivery. Every effort will be made to provide a refund, replacement, or additional item immediately.
Why Can I Not Return Chain?
We custom cut chain per your order measurement so a return cannot be offered except in the cases of damage or shortage. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I Return my Beads if I Already Unstrung Them?
Items must be in their original strung and unaltered condition in order to be returned.

U.S. Orders that are over $100 will automatically ship with complementary free USPS 1st Class Shipping.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship to most international countries, but not all. You will be able to see shipping cost and available shipping services to your address once you are in the checkout process.
How Much Will My Shipping Cost?
Our shipping costs and options are based on two factors; how much your order weighs, and where your order is being shipped. Orders with a weight greater than 1lb cannot be shipped 1st Class, they have to ship USPS Priority, UPS or DHL. International orders may ship with different carriers depending on the country or location you live in. You can see how much and what shipping options are available for you at checkout.
How Do I Check My Order Status?
Simply Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" and find the order you wish to check on to find the tracking information. If you checked out as a guest, you can track your package through the shipping confirmation email that was sent to the email you provided at checkout. What if My Package is Lost or Undelivered?
If your package is lost or undelivered, please contact us right away. Our loss rate has been very minimal but there is always that one that gets away. We will try our best to replace the order and if that isn't possible refund you for the order.
When Will My Order Ship?
The majority of orders are processed and shipped the same day. We at Beadsofcambay.com realize that you shouldn’t have to wait to get the beautiful beads that you ordered. Orders placed after 1pm Friday or anytime during Sat & Sun will ship on Monday or the following day if Monday is a holiday.
