Orders with a weight greater than 1lb cannot be shipped 1st Class, they have to ship USPS Priority, UPS or DHL. We offer a "No Hassle" Return Policy. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, then send it back up to 30 days after the date of your receipt for a full refund and 90 days for store credit. Returned Items must be in their original strung and unaltered condition.
