Orders with a weight greater than 1lb cannot be shipped 1st Class, they have to ship USPS Priority, UPS or DHL. We offer a "No Hassle" Return Policy. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, then send it back up to 30 days after the date of your receipt for a full refund and 90 days for store credit. Returned Items must be in their original strung and unaltered condition. Inspect merchandise as soon as possible to ensure reporting damages or shortages with in 3 days of delivery. Every effort will be made to provide a refund, replacement, or additional item immediately.
