If you are not completely satisfied with an ordered item, please contact our staff immediately by calling toll free 1-(877)-255-5058 or by emailing info@beadsofcambay.com. 

Items in original condition may be returned within 15 days of your receipt for a full merchandise refund, store credit, or exchange.

Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition.  We custom cut chain per your order measurement, so we know that you understand when we cannot offer a return for any chain.

Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Non-Account Holders - Call our office toll free at 1-(877)-255-5058 to have our Staff provide Return Instructions for your item(s).

RETURN PROCEDURES FOR ACCOUNT HOLDERS

Step One: Process Your Return

  1. Log into your account from the My Account 
  2. Click on My Returns and select the order which contains the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Select the item(s) that you would like to return and if you would like that item replaced or refunded.
  4. Once you submit your return request, it will be placed pending approval.
  5. Usually, We are able to approve a return request and send you a confirmation email within 48 hours.
  6. Once your return is approved, print your RMA form and include it with your return.

 Step Two: Your Shipping Box

  • You can use the original box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
  • If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
  • Securely pack the item(s) being returned, include the RMA form, and ship to our address shown at the bottom of this page.
  • Confirm Shipping by clicking the confirm shipping link in My Account/My Returns.
  • Once you have shipped the package, please allow 4-5 business days for your return package to reach our warehouse.

We'll Take Care Of The Rest For You!  

  • Usually within 72 hours of receipt, we will inspect your returned item(s). 
  • Your refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued within 7 days of our receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued to your form of payment for the order. (ie. Credit Card, PayPal, or Amazon Payments)
  • You will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.

  Please note: Depending on your financial institution, they may take 2-10 business days to post the refund to your credit card account.


Damaged Items and Shortage Claims 

Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by calling toll free 1-(877)-255-5058 or by emailing info@beadsofcambay.com
