Our No Hassle Return Policy – Items in their original strung condition may be returned within 15 days of your receipt for a full merchandise refund, store credit, or exchange. 

If you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply go through our easy online Account Return Process. 

Log in to -> My Account 

  1. Select My Returns
  2. Select Order Number
  3. Select Item(s) to be returned.  Choose Replace or Refund
  4. RMA approval will be emailed within 48 hours
  5. Securely pack the item(s) being returned, enclose the RMA or order copy, and ship to BeadsofCambay. 




We Take Care of The Rest  

  • Refund, store credit, or exchanges are issued within 7 days of our receipt of merchandise.
  • Transactions are posted to the order’s form of payment. (Credit Card, PayPal, or Amazon Payments)
  • Email confirmations are sent to your account email.

  Please note:  Your financial institution may post the refund to your account within 2 to 10 business days.

Damages or Shortages?

Inspect merchandise as soon as possible to ensure reporting damages or shortages within 3 days of delivery.   

Every effort will be made to provide a refund, replacement, or additional item immediately.

Return Exceptions

We custom cut chain per your order measurement so a return cannot be offered except in the cases of damage or shortage.  We appreciate your understanding.
