Azurite faceted rondelles measure approximately 8-10mm in diameter, have a vitreous luster, gems are opaque with black veining, the body color is a deeply saturated "turquoise-like" blue hue with a grey tone, the rondelles show excellent polish and faceting and the beads are well matched for tone on the strand.
