How do I place an order?
If you wish to place an order, first add items to your cart by clicking on the
add to cart button first, then review your cart. You can then click on the
checkout button where you will be then prompted for your account information.
If you do not have one, please set one up or continue shopping anonymously;
it only takes a second. You will then be redirected back to the checkout page,
where you can enter your billing, shipping and credit card information to complete
your order.

How do I track an order I recently placed?
Login to your account, then select the order manager link on your homepage. If you
place an order anonymously, please contact us with your order number an we will help
you track your order.

Can I return my order if it is damaged? If so, how do I do that?

I could not find a certain item I was looking for. How often do you re-stock?
BeadsOfCambay.com makes an attempt to provide all items in stock online. However, if you could not find an item online, or it is sold out, please see our show listing and catch us at a show where you will more than likely find the item you were looking for.

Do I have to set up an account to make a purchase?
No! you can place an order anonymously but it is highly recommended that you set up an account for speedy checkout and also simplify the
ordering and tracking process.
